The current product page describes an acrylic and fiberglass laydown tub paired with the Pro Chiller. Plunge says the system can cool to 37°F, fits users up to 6 feet 8 inches, and connects with the Plunge app for temperature settings and session tracking.
Those are merchant supplied specifications, not our test results. We have not personally tested this unit, so this review focuses on documented features and practical buying questions.
Where it makes sense
A self cooling plunge is mainly a convenience purchase. You avoid repeated ice runs and get more consistent water temperature. That can matter if several people use the tub, if you plunge frequently, or if you simply know that extra setup friction will kill the habit.
